  Anti-dumping duty

Anti-dumping duty is an additional duty imposed by the European Commission on certain imports from certain countries to the EU. It is generally charged at very high rates to deter those particular goods being imported. It is intended to protect Community industry from unfair cheap competition from overseas, but it also often hits innocent importers.

The list of products under investigation changes frequently and rapidly. We can help you be aware of the changes - before they happen. Typical goods and countries include:

  • Aluminium foil from China and Russia
